It is a Hotel (Pub) Getting old but the room was large, and very clean. A nice Balcony (not much view) but fresh air. Limited parking, but evening street parking. A quiet but nice area, not too far from everything Being a "Pub" it has TAB, Pool Room, Bar, Meals, Pokies. Very Good Value.

“Great Hotel” - Metro Hotel Tower Mill, Brisbane

My husband and I stayed at this hotel late March at the start of holidays, we were greeted very warmly by Manager Allan Hilt & his staff, everything at the hotel was great, room was terrific, good rates, wonderful views, they have a restaurant & bar.

Allan was checking on transport to the airport for us and came and found us and told us what he found out about the coach, it was too early in the morning so we decided to go by Airtrain, we bought the tickets there with a saving of $1.50 each.

We caught a taxi to and from the station to the hotel cost around $10, thanks to Allan and his staff for such a pleasant experience.

The hotel is clean and the staffs are friendly. It's located in the good location, and you can walk to Queen Street within 8 minutes. I will stay here again if I have vacation in Brisbane.

We have on other occasions stayed in Wickham Tce. This was our first time at the Metro Tower. When we first arrived we where not to sure what to expect from the outside, but once inside & in our room we were very pleased to have made the booking. Restaurant meals & service was excellent. Recetption staff were very helpful. Can reccommend.

Good location but near the top of the hill, so you have to climb to go there. Very bad reception. Cleanliness of the bathroom inadequate. Too expensive for what it is.

I thoroughly enjoyed, the outlook, privacy and pwace. It was close enough to CBD to walk but it was also located close enough to most public transport. The front desk staffas well as the restaurant staff were most helpful and pleasant. The range of food offered was good and was well presented. Althogether a very pleasant stay. Sue Ryan

A good place, and value for money. Nice clean, think newly refurbished... Must better than expectation.. But the location is not very near to the Brisbane transit centre if you decide to pull your luggage.. All steep slope and staricase..

When I read the history of this hotel I expected the room may not so clean and old. Surprised! when I came to the room the bed and sheet is very new. Everthing in the room are new. The reception said that this hotel just renewed a few years ago. I am a kind of good luck person that I found this hotel. Anyway, there is no bath in the bathroom. It s ok for me to help Brisbane safe the water and environment! I am very appreciated with your hotel....Metro Tower Mill in Brisbane.

Our stay at Metro was fantastic. ...

Our stay at Metro was fantastic. Accommodation was great. Restaurant food was fantastic. Bar staff were great and very efficient and professional. Receptionists and all staff did a great job and were very helpful. Thankyou all as this attributed to us having a neat holiday.

IF YOU DO NOT EXPECT SOMETHING SPECIAL IS OK. THEY SAY ALL THE ROOM ARE JUST BEEN RENOVATED WELL MINE PROBABLY WAS RENOVATED IN THE 80S. ANYWAY NOT TOO BAD BUT I WOULD STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME.
